As we are convinced that regionality and sustainability simply taste better, you will be among the first to benefit from our valuable ingredients, some of which come from own cultivation, some from farmers, dairymen and vegetable farmers within the region. They all have one thing in common: Be it cheese, vegetables or fresh bread - everything was produced with heart and soul, focusing on our mountain environment which is worth being protected. Thanks to short delivery routes, we skillfully reduce our ecological footprint and are able to cook only with the freshest ingredients.
